Big ideas don't scale on their own.

Big ideas don't scale on their own.

The initiatives we back tend to follow a clear arc, one we call the Circle of Systemic Impact. It begins by choosing a big bet, builds a catalytic approach others can adopt, multiplies that work through government, and measures and shares the results so success can travel. Each stage builds on the one before, turning a single good idea into change that reaches millions.

How We Work With Each Partner

Funders

We meet funders where they are, from a first conversation to a long-term partnership. Early on, that can mean sharing what we know and convening peers. As the relationship deepens, we help funders see systemic work first-hand, find and partner with the right organisations, and shape a giving portfolio built to last.

SSOs

We work closely with high-potential organisations to strengthen their leadership and their ability to raise domestic funding and work with government. Alongside this hands-on support, we share practical knowledge drawn from across the sector.

Government

Working with experienced organisations and experts, we bring government leaders the evidence and shared learning from proven partnerships, so promising ideas can be adopted and scaled.
